At The Gut Naturopath we are mindful that we collect information about you; basic personal information as well as sensitive information relating to your health. We want to assure our clients that all their information is stored on a secure site and we comply with the Privacy ACT 1988 in regard to the storage of your information. We may from time to time need to disclose certain information, which may include your Personal Data, to comply with a legal requirements, such as a law, regulation, court order, subpoena, warrant, in the course of a legal proceeding or in response to a law enforcement agency request.

Jennie Janes, The Gut Naturopath; does not claim to be a Medical Practitioner and does not replace the advice given to the client by individual General Practitioners. All advice, supplements and herbal supplements are prescribed individually and it is the clients individual choice to take any advice given  by Jennie Janes. As a client of Jennie Janes your consent is given for her to assist you in your health journey. If any adverse reactions are experienced it is the clients responsibility to stop supplements and/or herbal mixture immediately and to contact Jennie Janes as soon as possible.

As a client you agree to make a commitment to your health and accept that positive health outcomes are your responsibility and dependant on your compliance with the advised treatment plan.

Code of Conduct

Jennie Janes is a member of Australian Traditional-Medicine Society (ATMS). As a member of ATMS we must adhere to the pledge undertaken on recognition of membership. The pledge is as follows:

I declare that as a member of the Australian Traditional-Medicine Society I will conduct myself honourably in the practice of my profession and to my utmost maintain the dignity and welfare of the Association. I declare that I will abide by all decisions of the Board of Directors and will abide by the rules, regulations and guidelines set out in the Association Code of Ethics and all other rules, regulations, guidelines and legal requirements set out by the Association. I will behave with integrity, refrain from negligent acts and apply my knowledge and skills for the maximum benefit of all. I will maintain all requirements as deemed necessary by the Association.

As a client at The Gut Naturopath you are entitled to quality care, safety and that the Practitioner, Jennie Janes conducts herself with integrity and in an ethical manner.  If you feel this has been compromised in any way, then we encourage you to give us your feedback and  come and discuss your concern with Jennie so that a mutual resolution can be reached.
