Can foods help with eliminating parasites?

So you have a parasite. What can you do to help yourself?

There are foods that you can start eating today to help start the process of eliminating parasites. Along side herbs these food have the natural ability to assist with the clean out.

Grated carrots - beta-carotene which is a precursor for Vitamin A, and it can destroy the eggs of intestinal worms. Grate two carrots and eat first thing in the morning for a week.

Pumpkin seeds - contains contain tetracyclic triterpenes which helps eliminate parasites from the body. They also contain contain cucurbitins which expels worms from the body. Aim for 1 cup a day, mix with smoothie, sprinkle on salads, make some bliss balls. Make sure you crush them up.

Garlic and Onions - has anti-parasitic abilities due to the sulphur containing compounds and antioxidants that destroy pathogenic organisms.

Pomegranate - has various phytochemicals such as ellagic acid and hydrolyzable tannins, such as punicalagin that have antimicrobial activities.

Pomegranate extract for parasites. Eat the seeds, you can add the peel to water and boil for 20 minutes, strain then drink the liquid.

Papaya Seeds - Papaya contains enzymes and glycosides like caricin and carpaine that help kill intestinal worms.

Coconut oil - Coconut oil contains caprylic acid that has shown anti-bacterial and anti-parasitic properties.

Ginger - has anti-parasitic properties and can increase digestive enzymes which can help kill parasites.

Ginger can help kill parasites, grate and add to meals, add to hot water and smoothies.

This is not a full list of foods either a few other foods include flaxseeds, pineapple, cucumber seeds and cinnamon.

If you have parasites then food is really important. It can either improve your symptoms or make them worse. I find with my client removing dairy and wheat helps during the healing process. Eating a range of healthy foods will always benefit your health. Keep away from the processed, packaged foods.
